Sherman Tegtmeier

Sherman Tegtmeier is the co-founder of Vista Wealth Group.  He is a Financial Advisor with a focus on helping clients align their financial plans with their life’s vision.  Sherman believes that true wealth is about more than numbers - it’s about creating a life of purpose, balance and fulfillment.

Drawing on years of experience in financial planning and wealth management, Sherman specializes in developing customized strategies that integrate retirement planning, investment management, and legacy building.  His approach centers on understanding each client’s unique goals, passions and priorities to craft a plan that supports both their financial security and desired lifestyle.  He takes pride in helping clients confidently navigate life transitions - whether preparing for retirement, managing newfound wealth or ensuring a lasting legacy for future generations.  

As a lifelong Nebraskan, Sherman graduated Southeast Community College with an Associate degree in Marketing and Management.  He combines his business experience with practical understanding of what it takes to build lasting success.   Sherman has a passion for the Reining Horse industry.  He has actively raised, trained and shown world champion reining horses.  In addition to that he prides himself on his coaching abilities helping exhibitors succeed in winning their own championships. 

Sherman grew up in an agricultural community caring for livestock and cultivating crops.  He has a strong midwest work ethic and learned early in the value of diligence, responsibility and community-principals that guide him to this day.
